1. The deadline for same-day reservations is 21:29. If you wish to attend a performance after 21:30, please come directly to the venue.
Depending on seat availability, we may be able to accommodate you.
2. Upon arrival, please present your KKday reservation screen or voucher at the reception.
3. We may ask for age verification. Please bring your identification.
4. Persons under the age of 20 are not permitted to enter.
5. Photography is permitted inside the store, but flash photography, tripod use, and low-angle photography are prohibited.
6. Please refrain from taking photos with the cast before the show begins.
7. Touching the cast, forcing the exchange of tips, and any behavior that disturbs other customers are prohibited.
8. Please use your drink voucher at the bar counter after checking in. It cannot be exchanged for cash or taken out of the premises.
