Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• Please note that tours may be canceled due to bad weather or rough sea conditions on the day of the tour. Even if the tour is canceled after you have arrived at the location, we cannot compensate for travel or transportation expenses. This decision will be made with safety in mind.

• Parasailing and marine sports take place at different locations. Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation between locations. As this course is a marine activity conducted in the natural ocean, safety is our top priority. During participation, please always follow the instructions of our staff and refrain from reckless behavior or acting alone. Participation is strictly prohibited if you are feeling unwell or have consumed alcohol. Also, if you are pregnant or have a pre-existing medical condition, please be sure to consult us in advance. Even during the activity, if we determine that it is difficult to ensure safety due to sudden changes in weather or sea conditions such as rain, strong winds, lightning, or high waves, we may interrupt or cancel the activity midway. In such cases, the staff's judgment will take precedence, and please act promptly according to their instructions. Please understand in advance that this is an activity that depends on nature. Also, please manage your own valuables. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage at sea or on the beach, so we recommend participating with only the bare minimum of belongings. These are precautions to ensure that everyone can enjoy themselves safely, so please understand them before participating.
