Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: Please provide the following information for all participants: gender, height, weight, and shoe size. This information is necessary for preparing the snorkel set.
- Question 2: Please check your email after your reservation is confirmed.
- Question 3: Generally, participants meet and disperse at the destination. *If you require transportation, please use the plan that includes transportation.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The event may be canceled due to weather conditions (such as typhoons). Depending on the wind direction, we may ask you to change the time.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled. Please be aware of this in advance. - Individuals with high blood pressure, pneumonia, asthma, or obesity, which are risk factors for swimming-induced pulmonary edema, can participate in the tour, but please understand that the risk is high.

Parking: 20 cars, large buses: permitted
If the parking lot is full, please use the paid parking lot (500 yen).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
