• Welcoming & Airport Pick-up: Upon your arrival at Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX), our friendly professional driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a personalized name sign. We offer flexible pickup times customized to match your flight schedule perfectly.
• Comfortable Transfer & Check-in: Enjoy a smooth, air-conditioned private transfer directly to your selected hotel. After checking in, the rest of the day is yours to relax, unwind, and explore the charming surroundings at your own pace.

## DAY 2: Ethical Elephant Care, Sticky Waterfall & Night Market Local Vibe

• 08:00 AM – 08:30 AM | Hotel Pickup: Your private driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby to begin an exciting day in Northern Chiang Mai.
• 09:30 AM – 01:00 PM | Ethical Elephant Care Experience: Visit a responsibly managed sanctuary dedicated to ethical elephant tourism. You will get to feed, interact, and walk with these gentle giants in their natural habitat, followed by a delicious freshly prepared local lunch.
• 02:00 PM – 03:30 PM | Bua Tong Sticky Waterfall: Experience one of Chiang Mai's most unique natural wonders. Thanks to the unique limestone deposits, you can easily climb directly up the waterfall rocks without slipping—a truly fun and refreshing outdoor activity!
• 04:30 PM | Drop-off at MAYA Mall & Kad Rin Come Night Market: We will drop you off at Nimman's iconic landmark. You can spend your evening shopping at MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Mall and tasting incredible local street food at the lively Kad Rin Come Night Market right next door. (Note: Return transfer to the hotel after the night market is at your own leisure).

• 01:30 PM – 03:00 PM | Cultural Heritage Walk: Explore Chiang Mai's rich history inside the Old City. Visit Wat Phra Singh, the stunning temple housing the sacred Phra Singh Buddha image, and take memorable photos at the historic Tha Phae Gate, the ancient eastern entrance of the city wall.

## DAY 4: Free Time ➔ Airport Drop-off

• Morning Free Time: Savor your final morning in Chiang Mai with a relaxed breakfast at your hotel or take a stroll for some last-minute souvenir shopping.
• Flexible Airport Transfer: According to your flight time, your private vehicle will pick you up from the hotel lobby (usually recommended 2.5 – 3 hours before your departure flight) to ensure a stress-free and smooth drop-off at Chiang Mai International Airport.

— What’s Excluded —

• Driver & Guide Service Terms: For the "Driver Only" (Self-Guided) option, the driver will strictly provide transportation according to the itinerary. No guide service inside the attractions.
• Dinners: All evening meals at the night markets are independent to give you freedom of food choice.
  
• Personal Expenses: Tips/Gratuities for the driver/guide, personal shopping, and alcoholic beverages.
  
• Itinerary Modifications During the Trip: If you wish to change your itinerary while the tour is ongoing, please notify us at least 1 day in advance. If the modified route exceeds the standard distance of the tour program, additional charges will apply. These extra fees are not included in your prepaid package and will be determined by the driver. All additional payments must be made in cash directly to the driver on the day of the travel change.

To ensure passenger comfort and safety, we strictly enforce the following luggage limits. If your group exceeds these limits, you may be required to pay for an additional luggage vehicle at your own expense.

• Sedan: Maximum 2 Large suitcases (24"-26") OR 3 Cabin bags (20") in total per vehicle.
• SUV: Maximum 2 Large suitcases (26"-28") + 2 Cabin bags (20") in total per vehicle.
• Van: Maximum 4 Large suitcases (26"-28") + 4 Cabin bags (20") in total per vehicle.
