[Japanese Guide] Pattaya Sightseeing Tour! Sanctuary of Truth + Wat Khao Chi Chan + Wat Phra Yai by Panda Bus

If you are not present at the designated meeting time, the bus will depart without waiting. For same-day cancellations or if you will be late for the meeting time, please contact the emergency contact number listed on your booking confirmation.

Even after making a reservation, the product may be canceled or its contents changed due to unforeseen circumstances such as local conditions, weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Due to traffic conditions or other circumstances, the tour end time may be significantly delayed, but we will not provide any additional expenses for food, transportation, or accommodation.

Please refrain from wearing revealing trousers or skirts, sleeveless tops, sandals, or jeans with holes or rips due to design or other reasons. You may be asked to wear a sarong (for a fee) at the reception, or you may be denied entry, so please pay attention to your attire on the day.

Drinks are not included in the price unless otherwise stated. Please order them separately at the restaurant if you wish to have any.

Helmets are required inside the buildings of the Sanctuary of Truth.

Sanctuary of Truth has scheduled entry times every hour. Depending on the crowd situation on the day, you may have to wait to enter.

Lunch is not included in the tour price. Please order your preferred cuisine (Thai, Western, etc.) at the restaurant and pay directly to the restaurant staff (the guide will assist you with ordering).

This tour may be shared with customers participating in the Pattaya and Koh Larn tours. If the speedboat from Koh Larn to Pattaya city is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be asked to wait in Pattaya city until the speedboat arrives.

If you are requesting a pick-up from your hotel, the pick-up time may change. We will only notify you of any changes by message by 5:00 PM the day before, so please check your messages.

Depending on your accommodation area or the availability of seats in our shuttle service, we may not be able to pick you up from your hotel. In that case, please meet us at the entrance on the ground floor of Siam Paragon Shopping Mall (in front of McDonald's), near Exit 3 of BBTS Siam Station.

Please note that there is no transportation provided to your hotel after the tour ends. The tour will end in front of the entrance on the ground floor of Siam Paragon Shopping Mall (in front of McDonald's), near Exit 3 of BTS Siam Station.

Optional tours (activities) during your free time should be booked directly with the local operators at your own risk. In the event of any accidents or injuries, the service providers will not be held liable.

For safety reasons, participation in activities such as taking photos with tigers or shooting experiences is prohibited. Even during free time, please be sure to decline any solicitations from local staff (tiger handlers, etc.).

The Pattaya departure/arrival plan is only available if the Bangkok departure/arrival plan is confirmed to be operating.
