Purchase Notice

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • *Please note that the event may be canceled at short notice due to bad weather such as typhoons. In such cases, there will be no cancellation fee. *Please note that cancellations due to customer reasons will incur a 50% charge the day before and a 100% charge on the day of the event.

Includes/Excludes

  • The photos will be taken with our shop's DSLR camera, and all data will be shared later via LINE album. *If you prefer, we can also send you a download URL via email. ◇Costume rental fee (dress, tuxedo or shirt & vest), bouquet, flower crown, and various other photography props ◇Professional photographer's DSLR photography fee, and LINE data delivery fee Photography prop rental is free! Bringing your own bouquet and other photography props is also welcome! Please feel free to contact us!

Reminders

  • Ages of participation: 18 to 65

  • Duration comment: The duration varies depending on the plan and options.

  • Minimum number of participants: 2

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
