Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Please note that the dive site may be changed or the tour may be canceled due to wind, waves, or other special circumstances. However, please rest assured that the tour will not be affected by rain or other weather conditions.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- *Please note that customers who will be boarding a plane on the day of the tour cannot participate in diving. (Diving after boarding is not a problem.) *If minors are participating in the tour alone, please bring a consent form from their guardian. *If you currently have any illnesses or injuries that require treatment or ongoing medical care, please get a medical examination from a doctor beforehand. *Pregnant customers cannot participate. *Please be sure to check the "Diver Medical/Participant Checklist (Medical History/Medical Certificate)" in the "Required Documents/Application Form" section, and if there are any applicable items, please obtain a medical certificate from a doctor. Those who are applicable will not be able to dive without a medical certificate. *If you are late for the start time, you may not be able to participate in the tour. *If the staff determines that a participant is in poor health, has been drinking alcohol, or otherwise poses a risk to the safe conduct of the tour at the time of the tour, we reserve the right to refuse their participation.

- Scuba diving requires good physical and mental health. Certain conditions can make diving dangerous, and these are listed below. If you meet any of these conditions, or are prone to them, a medical evaluation is necessary. This "Diver Medical/Participant Checklist" is to help you determine if a medical evaluation is required. If you have any concerns about your diving suitability that are not listed on this checklist, please consult a doctor before diving. If you feel unwell, do not dive. If you think you may have a contagious disease, protect yourself and others by not participating in dive training or diving activities. The term "diving" on this checklist refers to both scuba diving and freediving. For your safety and the safety of others you dive with, please answer all questions honestly.

Please be sure to arrive by the plan start time.
We will carry out procedures and diving explanations before the boat departs.
Boat departure is strictly on time, so if you are late for the meeting time, you will not be able to board.
There are toilets and changing rooms at the port, but they can get crowded, so we recommend that you take care of these things in advance before arriving.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
