Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- In the event of severe weather or a sudden change in weather conditions, the tour will be canceled for the safety of our customers. Please note that the decision to cancel may be made the day before, on the day of, or just before departure.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- For introductory diving, you will be in a high-pressure environment underwater, so if any of the following apply to you, you will need to consult a doctor (and submit a medical certificate) before diving: 1. Those currently receiving medical treatment 2. Those with chronic illnesses 3. Those who regularly take medication 4. Those who are unhealthy 4. Others who fall under the categories listed in the form below http://ishigaki-snorkel.info/qa/images/medicalhistory.pdf If any of the above apply to you, please print the form and consult a doctor. *Even if a doctor has determined that you are fit to dive, the local instructor may refuse your participation for safety reasons.
Other special notes:
- - If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate. - Please wear your swimsuit and cover it with something when you arrive. - The boat has a simple shower (cold water), toilet, and changing room (which also serves as a toilet), so please change your clothes before disembarking. - There is parking available at Ishigaki Island Ferry Terminal (336 spaces) *Fee: 100 yen/hour - Parking at Kohama Port is free

・For those arriving by other means:
If you are coming from a hotel on Kohama Island, a hotel shuttle bus will take you to the port. Please check with your hotel for details.
If you are coming from Ishigaki Island, please take the ferry to Kohama Island.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
