This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
Eligibility: This tour is not valid for Japanese nationals. It is available to overseas tourists only.
This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
Rooming Arrangements: Even if you request a twin/double room (2 guests per room), there is a possibility that you may be assigned to two separate single rooms (1 guest per room).
Rain Policy: The tour will still operate as scheduled, as the fireworks festival may proceed even in the event of rain.
Severe Weather Cancellation: The festival may be canceled in the event of severe weather (e.g., typhoons, strong winds, or heavy rain) or rising river levels that pose a safety hazard during the fireworks launch.
Operation Status: Unless the festival organizers officially announce its cancellation prior to the tour's departure, the tour will go ahead. The festival executive committee will make the final cancellation decision early on the morning of the event. Consequently, any notice of cancellation may be delivered by your tour conductor on the day of the trip.
Pre-departure Postponement: If the fireworks festival is officially postponed due to a typhoon or similar event before the tour departs, the tour will be canceled.
Post-departure Interruption: If the festival is canceled or postponed due to sudden severe weather after the tour has already departed, no refunds on the tour fare (including viewing seat fees) will be provided. Any round-trip transportation costs to and from the meeting point will also be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
Event Program Changes: The total number of fireworks and the launching of underwater fireworks are scheduled plans and are subject to change.
Walking Distance: It takes approximately 20 minutes to walk from the fireworks festival parking lot to the venue. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
Day 1 Meals: Lunch and dinner on Day 1 are not included. Please purchase your own meals or bento boxes at service areas or designated stops along the way.
Traffic Conditions: Depending on traffic conditions, the time spent at each sightseeing location may be shortened.
Late Arrival: Heavy traffic jams may result in a late-night arrival at the hotel.
Bus Seating for Odd-numbered Groups: For customers traveling in odd-numbered groups (e.g., solo travelers or groups of 3), please note that you will generally be sharing a bus row with another passenger.
