If your hotel is outside the coverage area, an alternative meeting point will be arranged as close as possible.

Life vest for visiting the cenote

By government order, in case you want to enter the archaeological site with mobile devices (GoPro, professional camera, selfie stick, and drones), you must pay an additional fee of 50 Mexican pesos per device at the ticket office

Know in advance:The exact pick-up time at each location will be confirmed the day before the tour

Mexican citizens have a discount on the archaeological sites' tax upon the presentation of their ID on the day of the tour. The discount will not be applicable without the official identification

For safety reasons, you must wear a life vest during the visit to the cenote (the cost is not included in the price)
