Take an elevator down 125 feet through a short tunnel to two outdoor viewing platforms and two entrances located directly behind the falls. 3. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the order of sightseeing, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary.
4. In the event that an attraction is temporarily closed or closed due to holidays, the tour guide may adjust the itinerary to include an exterior view or replace it with another attraction to ensure the richness of the tour.
5. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, travelers are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the tour guide. If you are more than ten minutes late, the vehicle will depart without you. We cannot guarantee on-time arrival at pick-up/drop-off points in the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs incurred, such as flight, train, or bus expenses, or other travel-related costs resulting from such delays.
6. To facilitate tour operations, you may be transferred to a different vehicle during the trip, and a different tour guide or driver may be assigned to provide service.
7. The following suggestions will help you check in faster and more efficiently: Please carry a valid photo ID and present a printed or electronic copy of your itinerary.
8. If you withdraw from or fail to participate in any part of the itinerary due to personal reasons (e.g., lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, accidents), the paid tour fees will not be refunded, nor will any other services be provided as compensation.
9. Smoking is prohibited on the vehicle during the tour.
10. Pets and animals are not allowed on any of our tours.
11. Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted to join the tour. If your booking includes children, please be sure to note their ages at the time of booking; otherwise, they will be charged at the adult rate on-site.
12. Children under 8 years old are required to use a safety seat. Rental service is available at USD $10.00/person/day; please be sure to note this at the time of booking. If a bus is arranged for the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded.
13. For the safety of expectant mothers, pregnant participants must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the tour.
14. Many attractions on the itinerary require participants to be in basic good health. Individuals with disabilities or limited mobility should contact us in advance to obtain relevant policy information before booking.
15. To ensure a comfortable ride, each guest on a small group tour is limited to one piece of carry-on luggage (maximum dimensions: approx. 65cm L * 45cm W * 28cm H, equivalent to a 26-inch suitcase).
