Meeting point description: Prior to boarding, head to the Croisières AML ticket booth to pick up your physical ticket (required for boarding). Boarding will start approximately 30 minutes before departure time. For parking, the Grand Quay’s paid lot can accommodate up to 250 vehicles. Other paid car parks are also available nearby.(200 Rue de la Commune Ouest, Montréal, QC, Canada)

Not allowed:No food or drinks can be brought on board

Know in advance:For the cruise: Live commentary is offered in French and English. Audio guides are available in: French, English, Italian, Spanish, German, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean

Please note that the tour of the Tower is unguided

Upon arrival at the Croisières AML Montréal ticket office, you'll be given a voucher for the Admission Tower Observation

Boats depart on time, so please plan accordingly

Cruises operate rain or shine unless weather conditions pose a safety risk to passengers

Please note that the temperature on the water can get cooler than on land, so please dress accordingly

For personal expenses, only credit card payments are accepted on board (cash not available)

Please note that parking may be difficult to find and traffic can be heavy during peak months, therefore it is recommended to use public transport or planning to arrive well in advance of your cruise departure time
