Know in advance:After your purchase, you'll receive a digital pass with instructions to access the Go City app and a unique QR code. Show it from your mobile device and at your selected attractions. A representative will scan the code on each traveller’s pass, granting you admission

It is important that you enter the email of the person who will be redeeming and using the pass at checkout. This information is required to redeem your pass

Your Explorer Pass is valid for 1 year from the purchase date and if unused, can be cancelled for free up to 1 year after the purchase date. Once used at your first attraction, the pass will expire after 30 days and/or once you have visited the number of attractions selected at checkout

The list of attractions can change at any time without notice. Some attractions require a reservation or might be temporarily unavailable. Please check the Go City app for up-to-date information on admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go
