-What you can expect-
Set off on an unforgettable journey in the heart of Bologna, where history, art, and flavours blend into a unique experience. To suit your language preference, this tour is available in two packages: **Option 1 is conducted in Italian**, while **Option 2 is conducted in English**.

With a certified guide, visit the Archiginnasio, former seat of the Alma Mater Studiorum—the world's oldest university (1088) and symbol of the city's academic heritage. Here studied and taught figures like Laura Bassi, Carducci, Pasolini, Copernicus, and Tasso, alongside visitors like Erasmus of Rotterdam. Inside the 17th-century Anatomical Theatre, admire wooden statues of renowned physicians, intricate carvings, and the historic lector's chair—a true immersion in the history of science.

After this cultural exploration, enjoy a short walk through the historic centre to a charming wine bar. An expert sommelier will guide you through a tasting of three fine regional wines from Emilia-Romagna, paired with typical Bolognese specialties made from fresh local ingredients. Then, test your palate with the Sommelier Game: an interactive 10-question quiz with a digital certificate, personalised feedback, and tailored wine tips.

A complete and engaging experience for anyone wishing to explore Bologna's culture, wines, and gastronomy in an authentic, memorable way.
