Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time
Meeting point description: Meet your guide at the Northern Shots office. The office is located between the Edge Hotel and the Magic Ice Bar, right in front of the Prostneset Harbor. Look for a big label "Booking Point". Please arrive 30 minutes before departure. After the tour you will be dropped off at the hotels in Tromsø Centrum or nearest bus/taxi stop.(Roald Amundsens plass 1a, 9008 Tromsø, Norway)
Not allowed:Children under 5 years old (please inform the local operator about the age, height, and weight of the child(ren) to ensure a properly fitting thermal suit and child seat is provided, you'll find contact details after booking)
Know in advance:Photography guidance and assistance to capture the Northern Lights with your camera or phone is provided during this tour
Campfire experience is included (weather permitting)
Warm expedition food (vegan option available), snacks and beverages (cookies and hot chocolate/warm drinks, with vegan options available)
Outdoor gear: thermal suits, spikes, and headlamps
A minimum group of 5 pax is required to run the tour. If the tour group is fewer than 5 pax, your tour will be scheduled with a partner operating a similar tour, rescheduled to a different day or cancelled and refunded fully
The tour may be cancelled due to extreme weather, unsafe driving conditions, or not meeting the minimum tour group size. In such cases, you will be informed of the cancellation and given the options of rescheduling your tour or receiving a full refund. On evenings where the weather is forecasted as bad you may be given the option of joining the Aurora Chase (coach based) which offers extra comfort on a long travels. If you choose to still join, we will refund the difference on the tour rates
The tour might be limited to a single location or extended to multiple locations based on the guide's expert opinion for maximization of chances to spot the Aurora. Said locations might be shared with other tour groups
Remember to bring:Water, beanie, scarf, gloves/mittens, weather, climate, and temperature appropriate clothing and footwear
