- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available on board our buses for your convenience. Please note that connection speed and stability may vary depending on the vehicle's location, network coverage, and local conditions during the journey.
- This tour is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with impaired mobility due to the uphill and downhill walking required in hilltop villages.
- If semi-independent option selected: From November to March 26th, Chianti wine tasting experience including a selection of local Tuscan specialties (cured meats, cheeses and bruschetta), with the option to purchase additional dishes on site.
- For groups up to 8 pax, the Tour escort service could be replaced with an English speaking driver-guide service, while maintaining unchanged the entire program of the excursion.

- Sample tasting menu: appetizer with a selection of local cured meats (prosciutto, finocchiona and salami), bruschetta with olive oil and truffle oil, pecorino cheese with balsamic vinegar and a green salad, followed by penne with traditional meat ragù and parmesan (or lasagna), and finished with a jam tart served with sweet dessert wine. A vegetarian option is available upon request.
Reminders
All participants are required to carry and present their original valid identification document (passport or government-issued ID) during the tour when requested. Failure to do so may result in denied participation without refund.
Audio guides are provided to customers prior to the start of the guided tour. Once issued, customers are responsible for the care and safekeeping of the devices throughout the tour. Lost, damaged, or unreturned audio guides will incur a replacement fee of €80 per device.
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
From November to March, the itinerary does not include the stop at Monteriggioni and the return to Florence is approx 30 minutes earlier

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
