If the tour is affected by adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy rain, a decision will be made one day before departure to determine whether the tour will be cancelled. Please pay attention to messages or calls.
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before your scheduled activity time. Latecomers will not be waited for to avoid delaying the rest of the itinerary.
If you are nearsighted, you can wear contact lenses or we offer prescription glasses.
If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended to take seasickness medication 30 minutes before the activity.
During the activity, please follow the instructor's instructions and do not leave the group without permission.
Please do not remove your life jacket during the activity.
• We will assist with taking photos during the activity. You will be informed how to obtain the photos before or after the activity.
The group will be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the trip will be cancelled.
This activity is not recommended for travelers with the following medical conditions or other conditions that make them susceptible to excessive stimulation:
High or low blood pressure, history of heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, pregnancy, other legally notifiable infectious diseases
• Do not deliberately damage or destroy equipment (such as snorkeling masks/shoes/life jackets and other equipment), and it is strictly forbidden to use equipment to hit each other or attack others.
If any equipment or facilities are damaged or lost, compensation must be paid at the original price.
