If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended to take seasickness medication 30 minutes before the activity.
During the activity, please follow the instructor's instructions and do not leave the group without permission.
In the event of force majeure such as inclement weather, the supplier will cancel the trip and arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
If an order is cancelled due to force majeure, the supplier has the right to decide whether to accept and approve date or time changes or refunds, depending on the circumstances.
No refund will be given if you cancel your trip on the day of the event.

Reminders
If the tour is affected by adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy rain, a decision will be made one day before departure to determine whether the tour will be cancelled. Please pay attention to messages or calls.
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before your scheduled activity time. Latecomers will not be waited for to avoid delaying the rest of the itinerary.
If you are nearsighted, you can wear contact lenses or we offer prescription glasses.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
