Departing from Bilbao, you'll dive into the **D.O. Txakoli from Biscay / Vizcaya**, where the Atlantic climate and coastal slopes shape its character. In **Bakio** you will visit the **Txakoli Museum** to understand the origins, culture, and techniques that have earned this vibrant white international prestige.

You'll continue to a txakolindegi (a Txakoli winery), to discover each stage of the process with an oenologist and your local guide, from vineyard and harvest to pressing and fermentation. Before enjoying a guided wine tasting of different txakoli styles paired with a small appetizer of Cantabrian products that highlight its citrus acidity, saline touch, and aromas of green apple and fresh herbs.
