Purchase Notice
- The Sky Bike accommodates 4 persons per vehicle. Passengers with fewer than 4 people may share the ride or be paired with others. Requests for changing designated bikes or refusing to share cannot be accommodated on-site
- For a designated 2-person vehicle, there's an additional fee of KRW 14,000 per person; for a 3-person vehicle, it's KRW 7,000 per person. Please inform us at booking; on-site changes are not accepted. Final arrangements depend on Sky Bike company availability
- Infants under 3 years old must be carried in a baby carrier. Children aged 3 or older, over 120 cm tall, must be accompanied by 2 adults and cannot be held during the ride. Children under 3 ride free; every 2 adults can bring one child under 3 for free. Additional charges for children under 3 at some attractions must be paid on-site
- The Sky Bike doesn't accept advance reservations. All tickets must be purchased on-site, with longer wait times possible. Operations are weather-dependent
- In inclement weather, Sky Bike operations may suspend, or closures may occur. In such cases, no compensation is offered, but an alternative trail may be provided. If both options are unavailable, a refund of KRW 7,000 per person will be issued.
Reminders
A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women, Acrophobia, Heart disease
Each participant (Except for those under 3 years old) will be given a free bottle of Korean distilled water, a simple breakfast (Bread or rice ball, cannot be specified), and a free Jeju tangerine rice cake
Please note that tulip's blooming conditions is not guaranteed and the tour will still depart even on rainy weather
Travelers are recommended to wear comfortable shoes and clothes and prepare chargers for their mobile devices
To protect the rights and interests of all passengers fairly, the shuttle bus will depart on time and will not contact or wait for passengers individually before departure. Please be sure to abide by the meeting time and arrive at the meeting place in advance. Please note that no tour fee will be refunded if you are late or unable to notify the group

The actual itinerary is subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions. Please consider before booking
It is not recommended to participate in this tour on the day of your arrival or departure from South Korea as heavy traffic may cause delays
The tour includes comprehensive insurance designated by the Korean government, but it is recommended that passengers purchase travel insurance on their own
If the sky rail bike is closed for maintenance or unavailable due to weather (Rain, strong winds, extreme temperature, etc.), or if other itineraries are affected due to long waiting time, the itinerary will be changed to Uiwang Rail Bike. Refunds will not be accepted for this reason. However, if the Uiwang Rail Bike is also unavailable due to adverse weather conditions, a refund of KRW7,000 per person will be provided
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
