- Child price standard: Age 2-12 years old (excluding), no bed, no breakfast, only tour guide fee, transportation fee and half-price lunch and dinner. Other items such as attraction tickets, complimentary items, and optional expenses are not included and must be paid on-site.

- Single room supplement (if applicable, please pay the supplement yourself): A single room supplement must be paid for single occupancy. - Wuzhen West Gate: During the World Internet Conference in November each year (usually lasting 5 days), Wuzhen West Gate Scenic Area will be closed. We will replace it with a tour of Wuzhen East Gate Scenic Area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- West Lake: 1. During Golden Week/holidays/weekends or major events, tour buses are prohibited from entering the West Lake scenic area. You will need to transfer to the scenic area's public transportation (shared rides cost 2 yuan per person one way, 4 yuan per person round trip; private charter car for the whole group cost 200-400 yuan per trip, 10-20 yuan per person). The cost is at your own expense, and the specific arrangements are subject to the scenic area's arrangements. Thank you for your understanding! 2. - Restaurants in Hangzhou may sell tea. This is not recommended by the travel agency; please verify the tea yourself before purchasing and obtain a formal receipt. Hangzhou has historically been a famous tea-producing area for Longjing tea. The restaurant will provide a complimentary cup of green tea before your meal. If you do not wish to purchase tea, you may simply enjoy your meal.
- Songcheng Eternal Love: The performance is a complimentary item. If it cannot be provided due to force majeure events, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, or if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Children are not eligible for complimentary tickets. If you do not purchase a ticket for the Songcheng Eternal Love performance, you will not be able to visit Songcheng Street.
- Hefang Street: If there are policy-related events or statutory holidays that restrict access, tourist vehicles will be unable to enter, the tour will be cancelled, and no refund will be given.
- Shanghai sightseeing tour: This is a complimentary item. If the tour is canceled due to weather or other force majeure events, or due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded. Children are not eligible for this complimentary item.
- Airport/Station Drop-off: 1. If your return journey departs from Hongqiao Railway Station/Hongqiao Airport after 14:30 or from Pudong Airport after 15:00 on the same day, the tour guide will arrange a group drop-off at noon. 2. For those outside the free drop-off location/time, we offer paid drop-off services. Shared rides cost 70 RMB per person per trip, and private car rides cost 200 RMB per vehicle (5-seater). If your return train or flight departs before 12:00, the day's itinerary will be cancelled, and no refund will be given. You can choose paid drop-off or proceed to the station/airport on your own. b.
