Regarding tour cancellation:
- The tour may be canceled depending on weather or sea conditions on the day. The tour will proceed in rainy weather unless there is lightning. Weather conditions may change suddenly after arriving at the site or during the tour. Okinawa's weather is highly changeable, and it may be sunny even if rain is forecast. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns. ⚠️In the event of tour cancellation, we will not compensate for any transportation or travel expenses. Thank you for your understanding.

- If you are late, you may not be able to participate if it inconveniences other guests with bookings, so please be punctual. * Please arrive at the beach 20 minutes before the tour starts wearing a swimsuit or clothing that can get wet. Pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
