Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time
Meeting point description: Please check in 30 minutes before departure time at shop 29 (behind Destiny Clothes Shop and O’Neills Bar) or at kiosk 14 (at the end of the marina, by the Domes Lake Resort Hotel). The check in closes 10 minutes before departure time. If you fail to check in on time, the local operator has the right to refuse boarding and no refund or rebooking will be made.(Ocean Quest, Vilamoura, Portugal)
Not allowed:Drinks on board, excluding drinks and food for babies (you may bring your own snacks on board)
Know in advance:The guides are multilingual
Please note, entering the caves can not be guaranteed, and it depends on the sea conditions and notifications from the authorities (the local captaincy and maritime police), safety always is the main priority. The local operator can not guarantee entrance to the Benagil Cave, as occasionally the authorities condition the access
Please provide your contact details upon booking, so the local operator can contact you in case of alterations due to sea conditions
If you or someone in your party is pregnant, please inform the local operator, local operator's contacts can be found in the voucher after booking
Children under 3 years old can attend for free
There is no guarantee to finding dolphins or any other marine life, as they are wild animals
If the time and weather permits, there will be a stop for swimming (this is a Captain's decision)
If the tour is cancelled due to sea conditions or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date and time will be offered. If this is not suitable, a full refund will be made
The local operator does not hold any responsibility for your personal belongings or electronic equipment whilst aboard one of our vessels
The local operator has the right to refuse boarding to people under the influence of too much alcohol and to stop serving alcohol on board if the safety of the client(s) is at risk, no refund will be given
Remember to bring:Sunscreen, towel, hat, light jacket (even on warm days) and camera
