Meeting point description: Please reach Piazza dei Martiri 19 to start your experience. Alternatively, you may choose to meet at Via Provinciale 23/25, Aci Castello, with pickup scheduled between 8:30 and 8:45 AM. In all cases, please inform the local partner of your chosen meeting point by email after booking. Make sure to arrive at your selected location at least 15 minutes before the experience begins.

Not allowed:The use of flip-flops, sandals or footwear of this type is strictly prohibited

Know in advance:Departure and arrival times are subject to change, for up to a maximum of 30 minutes, even without prior notice, for technical reasons, traffic or other causes outside the local operator's control

We kindly ask you to respect the departure times, a maximum delay of 5 minutes is allowed, after which the reservation will be cancelled and the amount paid will not be refunded.
