• Participants must be 6 years of age or older and weigh at least 20 kg.
Children must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Minors participating alone require parental consent.
We can accommodate clients who are menstruating. Please consult us if you have any health concerns.
・For safety reasons, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant are not permitted to participate.
For safety reasons, participants who have consumed alcohol on the day of the event, or who are severely hungover, will not be allowed to participate.
The decision on whether or not the plan can be held will depend on the sea conditions on the day. If the course cannot be held as usual, we will contact you in advance.
If the boat trip is canceled due to weather or sea conditions, there will be no cancellation fee.
・In the event of sudden thunderstorms or other unforeseen circumstances, the plan may be canceled on the day of the event. In such cases, the full plan fee will be refunded.
Cancellations due to customer reasons may incur a cancellation fee.
A doctor's certificate is required if you have any of the following medical histories.
(Diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, allergy symptoms, pneumothorax, bronchitis, claustrophobia, acrophobia, epilepsy, palpitations, heart disease, heart attack, angina pectoris, arrhythmia, decompression sickness, alcoholism, pneumonia, brain disease, lung disease)
To prevent seasickness and motion sickness, we recommend that those prone to seasickness take motion sickness medication at least 30 minutes before departure.
・For legal compliance reasons, we do not sell or provide motion sickness medication or other pharmaceuticals at our store. Please bring your own in advance.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
