- Age Restriction: Minimum age 12 years. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Transportation Zone: Self-drive only. Tours depart from 1199 Oparure Road, Te Kūiti, Waitomo. No pick-up or transport service is provided.
- Health & Safety Advisory: This is an active adventure caving tour involving uneven ground, river walking, slippery surfaces, and entering a natural cave environment with no footpaths or handrails. A reasonable level of fitness, mobility, and confidence in confined dark spaces is required. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues, certain medical conditions, or anyone uncomfortable in adventurous outdoor environments.

Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please take extra care when following your GPS, as there are several cave tour operators in the Waitomo area and it is easy to end up at the wrong location. We are not at the main sign-posted Waitomo Caves turnoff.
Participants must be at least 12 years old, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
This is a self-drive tour. No transport or pick-up service is provided.
A reasonable level of fitness and confidence on uneven terrain is required.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
