- 13:00–15:00 – Registration at Central Festival Chiang Mai. Redeem your event ticket and receive a warm welcome from the hospitality team
- 15:00–16:30 – Transfer to the festival venue. The first departure is at 15:00, with the last departure at 16:30
- Elite Ticket: Van transfer
- VIP & Premium Tickets: Coach transfer
- Standard Ticket: Coach or local red truck transfer - 15:30–18:00 – Arrive at the Lanna Cultural Village and receive a traditional jasmine garland and refreshing longan juice. Collect your event badge and receive a Lanna lantern to write your wishes and hang within the venue. Explore the cultural village, participate in workshops and DIY activities, enjoy traditional Lanna dance performances and live folk music, and sample herbal drinks with authentic Lanna snacks
- 18:30–19:30 – Walk through the enchanting Lantern Tunnel and enjoy dinner. Elite Ticket: Traditional Khantoke set dinner experience VIP, Premium & Standard Tickets: Lanna-style food market featuring a variety of Northern Thai dishes Participate in a wish-making ceremony and float a krathong by the riverside
- 20:00–21:00 – Experience the Lanna Grand Ceremony featuring traditional dances and monk blessings. Each guest will receive 3 sky lanterns (Kom Loy) to release into the night sky, carrying wishes for happiness, health, and prosperity
- 21:30 – End of the event and transfer back to Chiang Mai City (Night Bazaar area or Central Chiang Mai)

- Participants who appear intoxicated may be denied entry or service. In such cases, no refund will be provided
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the event venue
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or severe weather conditions, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event. Affected guests may choose to reschedule their participation or request a full refund
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
