- In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made three days prior to departure (at 8:00 PM local time) regarding whether the tour will be cancelled, and the participant will be notified by email thereafter.
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled arrival time. Late arrivals will not be waited for. Please fill in your hotel name and address on the payment page. We will contact you again in advance to confirm the pick-up time.
- If the departure date is changed within 48 hours of departure due to personal reasons, a change fee of KRW 20,000 per person will be charged.
- This group insurance covers major personal accidents for passengers; however, passengers are advised to purchase their own personal accident insurance.
- ⚠️Personal travel insurance is not included in any of our travel itineraries. Outdoor activities involve specific risks and hazards. Guests must assess their own health and capabilities. The company is not liable for any bodily injury or damage caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
