Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• Our company cancels tours if we determine that it is not safe to conduct them. Therefore, the timing of cancellation varies depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day, and may occur several days before or the day before the tour, while you are en route to the location on the day of the tour, after you have gathered, after you have arrived at the point of the tour, or even during the tour. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to ensure that everyone can enjoy the tour safely.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ・Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant are asked to refrain from participating in the tour, including the sightseeing cruise. ・If you have any of the following medical conditions, please consult us in advance. A doctor's certificate will be required. Therefore, the timing of the cancellation will vary depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day, and may be decided several days to the day before the tour, on the day of the tour while you are on your way to the site or after you have gathered, or after you have arrived at the point after departure or during the tour. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring everyone's safety and enjoyment.

Other special notes:

• ・Please be sure to wear a life jacket. We will refuse participation in the tour to anyone who refuses to wear one. ・Snorkeling is open to people aged 6 (elementary school age) and up to 69 years old. Participation is not permitted for 6-year-old kindergarten children. However, it is also possible to participate as a spectator only, including those outside the snorkeling age range. Please contact us by the day before your participation date. However, if you are an infant or over 70 years old and wish to participate as a spectator, please consult with us first. (Spectator fee: 4,000 yen per person) ・Depending on ocean conditions, we may refuse participation to infants or those over 65 years old. ・Participation is prohibited if you are intoxicated or hungover on the day of the tour. Drinking alcohol is not permitted on board. ・Participation by minors under 17 years old without parental consent is required. Please contact us in advance so we can provide you with the consent form. Depending on the age of the child, we may ask that a guardian accompany them.

• • This tour starts by boat. You will not disembark on the island. • The boat has a simple toilet and shower (cold water only). • There are no changing rooms at the meeting point. Please arrive already wearing your swimsuit. • If you wish to use a shower after the experience, there are changing rooms and showers at our partner facilities a short distance away (fees vary depending on the facility). Please check with our local staff. • You will be on the boat from the start to the end of the tour. If you are prone to seasickness, please take motion sickness medication beforehand.
