• Question 1: ■Confirmation after booking Our shop provides free pick-up and drop-off service on designated routes within Naha city. If you wish to use the pick-up and drop-off service, please select your pick-up location and time in the email that will be sent to you after booking by the organizing company, Marine Club Berry Naha. Please note that unless you book the day before, we will not be able to provide pick-up and drop-off service if we do not receive your response at least two days before your booking date.

Other special notes:

• * The minimum number of participants for the tour is 1 person, so it will be held 100% of the time unless there are problems with the weather and sea conditions. * In some cases, you may be required to submit a doctor's certificate due to health issues. * Elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian, and minors must bring a consent form from their guardian. * The tour will be canceled in case of rain or bad sea conditions, but in the case of localized or short-term rain, the location and time will be adjusted and the tour will be held, and we will contact you the day before with details. * Depending on the wave and wind conditions, we may refuse participation to children who are light in weight. * Parasailing boats often rock, so even if you are not prone to seasickness, we strongly recommend taking motion sickness medication 30 minutes before the meeting time. * Please bring only the bare minimum of luggage on the boat. We are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or loss of equipment brought on board. * We generally do not allow boarding for viewing only, but we will consider it if there is space on the boat on the day. * The points are basically within the waters of the Kerama Islands National Park, but this may change depending on the sea conditions. * The duration will vary depending on the number of participants and sea conditions. *For the safety of our customers, wearing a life jacket is mandatory. *Flight order and passenger combinations will be determined based on the wave and wind conditions on the day and a maximum total weight of 160 kg, with a range of 1 to 4 passengers. Please understand that in some cases, you may be asked to ride with customers from other groups. *If you require transportation, you must respond to the email sent by Marine Club Berry Naha, the organizing company, at least two days before your reservation date, except for reservations made the day before. Please note that transportation cannot be provided if we do not receive a response. *Due to traffic conditions, the bus may be delayed from the scheduled pick-up time. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please wait at the bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. The bus cannot stay at the bus stop for long, so if you are late and miss the bus, you will need to make your own way to the bus stop, so please pay attention to the scheduled pick-up time. (Please note that some bus stops are about a 10-minute walk away.) *Videos and photos taken will be transferred directly to your smartphone, so please ensure you have sufficient storage space beforehand. *For safety reasons, the following individuals are not permitted to participate: • Children under 4 years old or over 66 years old • Pregnant women • Individuals who have consumed alcohol or are hungover on the day of the event • Individuals with epilepsy or serious pre-existing medical conditions • Individuals under 120 cm in height • Individuals weighing less than 20 kg or more than 121 kg
