Whale shark interaction slots are assigned based on actual arrival, and availability is not guaranteed. There may be instances where slots are unavailable due to delays or if whale sharks are not present on the day.
In the event that the tour has already commenced and any portion is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions or technical issues), only the unused portion of the tour will be eligible for a partial refund.
Access to Tumalog Waterfalls involves a short motorcycle back-ride (locally known as a "habal-habal") over a paved but steep road. This ride is not recommended for individuals with back problems, heart conditions, or other health concerns that could be aggravated by the journey.
