Event Operation & Weather Policy: In principle, the fireworks festival will proceed in light rain but may be postponed or canceled in the event of severe weather. If the decision to postpone or cancel the festival is made by the day prior to the tour, the tour will be officially canceled, and a full refund of the tour fee will be issued.


Cancellation After Departure: If the cancellation or postponement of the fireworks festival is decided after the tour has already departed, guests will be guided to alternative sightseeing destinations. In such cases, an amount equivalent to the fireworks festival viewing seat ticket will be refunded; however, no refunds will be made for transportation costs (such as bus charter fees) associated with the change in itinerary. Furthermore, please note that no refunds will be provided if the festival is canceled after it has already commenced.


Same-Day Cancellation Notice: The final decision to cancel the fireworks festival may be made on the morning of the tour departure date. We will notify guests sequentially as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. Please be advised that our company cannot reimburse or compensate for any personal transportation expenses incurred if you are already en route to the meeting location prior to this notice.


Traffic Disruption Advisory: Due to unavoidable traffic congestion, guests may be required to wait inside the bus for a period of time upon arrival at or departure from the venue.


Seat Assignment: Seating arrangements will be designated and announced by the tour conductor on the day of the tour.


Rain Gear Policy: The use of umbrellas within the viewing area is strictly prohibited for safety and visibility reasons. Please prepare and bring your own rain gear, such as rain ponchos or raincoats.


Meals: Lunch and dinner are not included in the tour fee. Guests are requested to bring their own meals or purchase them at highway service areas or local stops.


Late-Night Return Disclaimer: As the tour departs after the fireworks show concludes, arrival at the final drop-off locations is scheduled for late at night. In the unlikely event that the return is delayed due to traffic, resulting in the need for taxi transportation or overnight accommodation, all associated costs must be borne entirely by the customer.

  • Punctuality & Departure: Please strictly observe the designated meeting time. The tour bus will depart on schedule at the sole discretion of our staff, and we will not wait for late arrivals.

  • Itinerary Changes: The scheduled times and itinerary details listed are subject to change or adjustment depending on real-time traffic and road conditions.

  • Delay & Accommodation Disclaimer: In the unlikely event that a delayed arrival forces you to use alternative transportation (such as taxis) or secure overnight accommodation, our company will not be liable for any such expenses or claims under any circumstances.

  • Vehicle Type: Depending on the final number of tour participants, a mid-sized or mini-bus may be utilized instead of a standard large tour bus.

  • Onboard Restrooms: Please be advised that the tour bus is not equipped with restroom facilities.

  • Onboard Rules (Smoking & Reclining): Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus. As a general rule, to ensure the comfort of all passengers, reclining your seat is not permitted (except on certain specific tour courses).

  • Non-Utilization of Benefits: No partial refunds or compensations will be provided if you choose not to use or participate in any included tour benefits, privileges, or activities.

  • Special Assistance & Requests: If you require special arrangements or medical assistance, you must inform our staff when booking. We will accommodate such requests within reasonable limits (additional fees may apply). Depending on the circumstances, we may request that you submit a formal written declaration regarding your situation.

  • Compliance with Labor Laws (Tour Conductor Rest Period): In compliance with the ""Work Style Reform Act"" (enforced April 1, 2019) which mandates statutory limits on working hours for tour conductors, the conductor’s meal times during the itinerary will be designated as official rest periods. Additionally, the conductor may stay at a different accommodation than the guests. During free-time periods, guests are expected to manage their own activities independently.

  • Lost and Found Policy: Lost property items will be held for a maximum of two weeks following the conclusion of the tour. However, perishable items, food, or goods that are difficult to preserve will be disposed of immediately. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Pet Policy: Pets and animals are strictly prohibited from participating in this tour.

  • Seat Assignments: All seat assignments on the bus will be determined entirely by our company.

  • Emergency Seating: Please note that in the event of an emergency or unavoidable operational circumstances, you may be required to share a seat row with the tour conductor.

  • Minimum Participant Requirement & Tour Cancellation: If the minimum number of participants (1people) is not met, or if the tour cannot operate due to force majeure (such as natural disasters or accidents), the tour may be modified or canceled. In such cases, notification will be provided by the 3rd day prior to the day before the tour departure date (or by the 13th day prior for overnight tours).

  • Request Limitations: Please note that we may not always be able to fulfill specific requests regarding bus seat assignments, hotel room smoking preferences, or dietary allergies. We reserve the right to decline such requests prior to booking after providing an explanation.

  • Online Booking Communications: For all reservations made online, all tour confirmations, official guidance, and updates will be sent exclusively via email. No physical documents will be sent by postal mail."

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
