Thailand Car Rental Service | Bangkok, Samut Prakan, BKK Airport, DMK Airport, Phuket, Krabi & Khon Kaen Airport

• Driver Requirements: Renters must be at least 22 years old, hold a valid Category B driving license, and have a minimum of 1 year of driving experience (for vehicles with up to 9 seats)
• Rental Duration: Vehicle usage is calculated on a 24-hour basis for each 1-day rental. Any time exceeding the 24-hour rental period will be subject to an overtime fee of THB 500 per hour, payable onsite upon vehicle return
• Fuel Policy: The fuel tank must be full upon both vehicle pickup and return
• Car Deposit: Customers are required to pay a refundable car deposit of THB 3,000–8,000 upon vehicle pickup
• Deposit Refund: The deposit will be refunded in Thai Baht (THB) in cash upon vehicle return, provided that:
  - The vehicle is returned on time
  - The fuel tank is returned full
  - The vehicle is returned in good condition without damage or accidents
• Credit card payments and Alipay are subject to an additional 3% service fee charged by the bank
  
• Usage Area: Vehicles may only be used within Thailand and include unlimited mileage
• Insurance: All vehicles include third-class insurance coverage. Additional accident insurance may be purchased directly with the company before vehicle pickup
• Additional Driver: Up to 1 additional driver may be registered free of charge during vehicle pickup
• Vehicle Rules:
  - No smoking or e-cigarettes inside the vehicle
  - No durian or strong-smelling fruits allowed
  - No pets allowed
  - No alcohol consumption inside the vehicle
  - No weapons permitted in the vehicle
  - Toll fees must be paid in cash only
• Additional Equipment: Baby strollers and child seats are not included and can be requested directly at the branch on the pickup date
• Vehicle Assignment: Vehicle color and license plate number are assigned randomly
• Vehicle Replacement: If the reserved vehicle is unavailable, a similar vehicle within the same category may be provided
• A 30% cancellation fee of the rental amount will apply for no-shows or cancellations made after the rental period has started

Overtime Fee (fees to be paid on-site)

This car rental service is charged on a 24-hour basis. Any time exceeding the 24-hour rental period will be subject to an overtime fee of THB 500 per hour, payable onsite upon vehicle return.

If the calculated overtime fee exceeds the price of an additional rental day, we recommend booking an extra day in advance for better value.

Baby Seat (fees to be paid on-site)

An additional fee of THB 100 applies. Please leave a note when placing your order so our staff can arrange it accordingly. The fee will be collected on-site, and availability is subject to stock.

Accident Insurance (fees to be paid on-site)

In the event that customers do not purchase accident insurance from the store, a deductible starting from THB 3,000 will apply in the event of any accident.

However, for customers who prefer additional protection, optional accident insurance is available for purchase at a rate starting from THB 250 per day.

Customers who wish to purchase additional accident insurance are kindly requested to notify the staff prior to the vehicle pick-up date.
