Fragile Item Protection: Although we use vans to avoid collisions, please pack fragile items (such as local specialty twisted dough snacks or glass bottles) securely yourself. Sealing Obligation: Checked items must be in bags or suitcases with zippers or seals. Please pack loose items (such as plastic bags or handheld bags) securely yourself.
Booking and Change Restrictions - Departure Transport Deadline: For the 'Homestay to Pier' service, please complete your online booking or store registration by 20:00 the day before. Last-minute additions on the day are subject to vehicle availability. Cancellation Policy: Full refund for ferry cancellations (e.g., due to typhoons or strong winds). For cancellations due to personal reasons, please notify us 24 hours in advance.
Rain Protection Commitment: We use enclosed vans for transport, so your luggage will stay dry even during afternoon thunderstorms in the south. However, it is normal for a small amount of raindrops to touch the luggage during the drop-off and pick-up process (from the store to the vehicle).
