Guests will be picked up from their desired location in Agra and begin a comfortable drive towards the historic city of Fatehpur Sikri, located approximately 40 km from Agra.
Built by Emperor Akbar in the 16th century, Fatehpur Sikri served as the capital of the Mughal Empire for a short period and is now recognized as A UNESCO World Heritage Site. This magnificent city is renowned for its impressive Mughal architecture, royal palaces, courtyards and religious monuments constructed from beautiful red sandstone.
Upon arrival, guests will meet the local guide and begin exploring the major attractions of Fatehpur Sikri. Visit the grand Buland Darwaza, One of the tallest gateways in the world, followed by Jama Masjid, one of India’s oldest mosques. Explore the peaceful Tomb of Salim Chishti, famous for its white marble carvings and spiritual significance.
Continue the tour with visits to Diwan-i-Khas, Panch Mahal, Jodha Bai Palace, Birbal’s House and other royal structures showcasing the artistic brilliance and cultural blend of Mughal architecture.
