DAY 1: BARCELONA – MADRID with guided Tapas & Wine Tour with Rooftop
Your adventure begins with a high-speed train from Barcelona to Madrid. After arriving, you’ll have free time to explore the city at your leisure. Madrid offers a variety of attractions such as the Royal Palace, the Prado Museum, or a walk through El Retiro Park.
In the evening, embark on a beloved food experience—the Tapas & Markets Tour, a 4.5-hour journey through historic areas like La Latina and Barrio de las Letras. Savor traditional tapas, such as Iberian ham, "carrilleras" (braised beef cheeks), and garlic shrimp, paired with fine wines and craft drinks. The tour ends on a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city.
Afterward, enjoy the lively Madrid nightlife—take a stroll through the buzzing streets or relax at Plaza Santa Ana. You’ll stay at a hotel just steps from Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and perfectly connected to transport, dining, and entertainment options. It offers a stylish industrial inspiration and features comfortable rooms and a modern restaurant.

DAY 2: MADRID – SEVILLE
Start your day with a peaceful walk or explore Madrid’s cultural treasures. Visit the Royal Palace, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, or the Reina Sofía Museum, home to Picasso’s "Guernica." For a true local experience, indulge in churros and chocolate at the famous San Ginés churrería.
At midday, board the high-speed AVE train to Seville. Upon arrival, enjoy the afternoon exploring the city. Wander through the Barrio de Santa Cruz or enjoy a stroll along the Guadalquivir River. As evening falls, Seville comes alive with a golden glow, flamenco music in hidden squares, and locals gathering on terraces. Enjoy a riverside dinner or tapas at one of Seville’s historic bars. You'll stay the night in a charming boutique hotel in Seville’s historic center, that offers elegant rooms, a breakfast restaurant in a traditional Andalusian courtyard, and preserves the essence of Seville with historic details.

DAY 3: SEVILLE with Guided Old Town, Flamenco Museum and River Cruise Tour – BARCELONA (or Stay in Seville)
After breakfast, embark on a curated walking tour of Seville’s historic Old Town. Visit landmarks with deep Moorish and Roman roots, including the Flamenco Dance Museum. End the tour with a scenic boat ride along the Guadalquivir River, passing the Torre del Oro and the Triana neighborhood.
In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore Seville further. Visit the Seville Cathedral, climb the Giralda tower, or explore the Alcázar. Seville is also known for its tapas, so be sure to enjoy one last round at a traditional bar.
In the late afternoon, board the high-speed train back to Barcelona, concluding your adventure, or choose to extend your stay in Seville and continue exploring at your own pace.
This 3-day itinerary offers the perfect mix of cultural immersion, scenic beauty, and unforgettable experiences in two of Spain's most iconic cities.
