- For groups of 15 people or fewer, one head instructor will be arranged; for groups of 16 or more, an additional assistant instructor will be provided. The maximum capacity per group is 41 people.
- Special holiday surcharges apply for departures on December 24, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 2026, and February 7, 8, 9, 2027. The prices listed on the website already include these surcharges.
- Intermediate classes require a minimum of 5 people to operate, with a maximum of 20 people. Intermediate courses departing on Thursdays are only available as 2-day tours. English/Chinese instructor services are provided (subject to on-site arrangements).
- Participants in the intermediate class must possess basic skiing skills, such as the ability to stand up independently after falling and the ability to ski freely from a beginner slope in a wedge position. If the on-site instructor determines that a participant's skill level is not suitable for the intermediate class, they will be moved to the beginner class for training. In this case, the additional fee for the intermediate class will not be refunded, so please ensure you have fully mastered beginner skiing skills before signing up for the intermediate class.
- This tour offers both group ski lessons and private ski lessons. Group lessons are led by one instructor for multiple students; they are not one-on-one or small-group sessions. The instructor will teach according to the overall course progress. Due to the number of students, individual guidance and waiting times may be longer; we appreciate your understanding. If you prefer a higher density of instructor guidance, we recommend choosing the private ski lesson package.
- Private ski lessons are conducted in small groups, with one instructor for a maximum of 5 students (1:5). Teaching content is customized based on the students' skill levels, with 2 hours of professional ski instruction per day, totaling 4 hours over two days. English/Chinese instructor services are provided (subject to on-site arrangements).
- For safety reasons, walking on the ski slopes is strictly prohibited. If you wish to use the slopes, you must purchase a 'Ski lift pass'. If you are certain about participating in skiing activities, please book a package that includes a lift pass or pay the lift fee to the instructor on the day of the experience. Fees must be paid in cash only; credit card payments are not accepted on-site.
- The lift pass can be used all day, allowing you to enjoy night skiing as well. (No instructor accompaniment; you must take the shuttle bus back and forth on your own.)
- Travelers departing on Mondays and Wednesdays will return to Seoul in the same vehicle as the 3-day tour travelers departing on Sundays and Tuesdays.
- This product can accommodate travelers over 60 years old who are in good physical condition and can move independently. However, if an elderly participant is assessed by the instructor on-site as unsuitable for skiing, the fee for the unused portion of the activity will not be refunded.

- For safety reasons, this ski tour only accepts participants aged 5 and above. Every two adults may bring one child under 5 years old for free who does not occupy a bed (Note: The child will not occupy a bed or seat, and the package does not include any meals, ski equipment, or ski suits; the child will not be allowed to enter the ski resort). If attractions/restaurants charge an entrance fee or meal fee for children under 5, guests must pay the actual cost on-site.
- Due to differences in Korean food culture, most restaurants only provide one menu. Meals provided during the tour are pre-ordered uniformly. Ski resort regulations stipulate that no one may enter the ski area without wearing ski equipment to prevent accidents.
Each participant will receive a free hand warmer, a simple breakfast (bread/rice ball, type not selectable), a bottle of distilled water, and an admission ticket to the resort's sauna (except for children under 5 years old).
Return transportation will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day. If the number of participants is less than 10, a HIGH ONE shuttle bus will be arranged to take you back to Seoul, with drop-off points at Sinchon and Myeongdong.
