Questions when booking:

• Question 1: Please provide the ages of all participants. *If you do not know the ages of your companions, please let us know via Activity Japan messages after booking♪
• Question 2: Participation will be refused (subject to a paid cancellation) or you will be returned to port midway if any of the following apply to you: ・Pregnant ・Require assistance for boarding or disembarking the boat ・Unable to walk ・Participating while intoxicated (or under the influence of alcohol) ・Moving around the boat without permission or standing up suddenly ・Not wearing a life jacket (when instructed to do so) ・Failing to follow staff instructions If you agree to these terms and would like to participate in the tour, please answer 'Yes'.
• Question 3: To ensure a comfortable time on the boat, please be sure to bring motion sickness medication. There will be no refunds or price reductions if you experience seasickness and are unable to participate in the fishing experience on board. Additionally, for 'lateness' due to customer circumstances, including missing the bus, delays due to traffic, or misunderstanding the meeting location, the experience time will be shortened. We also do not offer transfers to later departures. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare. If you agree to these terms and would like to participate in the tour, please answer 'Yes'.
• Question 4: Since all fish targeted in the fishing experience are wild, and fishing is an activity dependent on nature, there may be cases where you do not catch any fish due to sea conditions or weather on the day. Even in such cases, we cannot offer any reductions or refunds of the experience fee, so please understand this before participating. Important matters regarding your booking are listed in the 'Notes on participating in the course', 'Other special notes', and 'Remarks' sections. Please be sure to check all the details before booking and only proceed if you agree to the contents. Once your booking is completed, we will assume that you have checked and agreed to all the contents listed in the 'Notes on participating in the course', 'Other special notes', and 'Remarks' sections. If you agree to these terms and would like to participate in the tour, please answer 'Yes'.
• Question 5: As this is a popular plan, depending on the timing of your booking, other customers may book, and we may not be able to provide a private charter even during your requested time slot. We will inform you whether a private charter is possible via message after your booking. Please check the details and enter 'Yes' if you agree.

Regarding cancellation of the tour:

• The tour may be cancelled in case of bad weather. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation expenses in such cases.

Notes on participating in the course:

• ● We do not accept participants who are pregnant. ● We will refuse service to customers who are intoxicated. ● In accordance with Article 9 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Ship Safety Act, children under 12 years old cannot board alone. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian to participate. ● If you are unable to make the boat's departure time due to changes in time for personal reasons, or delays caused by traffic, public transport, or flights, the full cancellation fee will still apply, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare. ● Please note that if we cannot provide service due to poor physical condition on the day, including hangovers, it will be treated as a paid cancellation. We cannot provide service in accordance with the Okinawa Prefectural Police Diving Safety Regulations. ● Even in cases of bad weather where the tour can still proceed (such as rain or cloudy skies), we regret that we cannot accept changes to the date or time based on the customer's own preferences or circumstances.

Other special notes:

• If this is your first time fishing, please be aware that you may easily get seasick. We strongly recommend bringing motion sickness medication to prepare accordingly. We utilize 4 contracted fishing boats. The specific boat you will use is determined on the day of the tour based on reservation status. Depending on the boat, there may be differences in equipment, such as the absence of a restroom, limited or no shade, no raincoats for sale, or no rental raincoats available. Please use the restroom before boarding and make your own preparations for sun protection, heatstroke prevention, rain protection, and clothing protection against dirt. This tour is a beginner-friendly fishing experience conducted in the natural waters of central Okinawa Island, and we cannot guarantee a specific catch. Since all target fish are wild, there may be times when you do not catch anything due to weather or natural conditions. Thank you for your understanding. This plan is designed for you to enjoy the 'experience itself,' including the beautiful sea unique to Okinawa, cruising, and support from our guides. We appreciate your understanding that this is an activity involving nature, and we hope you enjoy the entire fishing process. For customers who prioritize the catch or are looking to target large fish, we recommend using specialized fishing boats or other shops that offer professional fishing plans. In Okinawa Prefecture, due to fishing rights and laws, the following cannot be taken home: All types of octopus, spiny lobsters, slipper lobsters, scyllaridae, shellfish, and corals. Coral trout and yellow-spotted wrasse that do not meet the regulated size. Although these may occasionally be caught during our tour, please understand in advance that they must be handed over to the captain, who holds the fishing rights. [Important] Regarding bringing caught fish to restaurants All restaurants we introduce that accept outside fish are privately owned izakayas or eateries within Okinawa Prefecture. While we introduce shops that are relatively easy to coordinate with through the captain's recommendations, we may not be able to provide a referral on the day due to regular holidays, temporary closures, full capacity, or other circumstances on the restaurant's side. Furthermore, even if you bring your fish, the restaurant may decide the following at their discretion: - They cannot serve the caught fish raw (e.g., as sashimi) - They may limit the types or quantity of fish they can prepare - They may only prepare a portion of the fish brought in - They may refuse to prepare the fish due to its condition or size Responses may change based on the restaurant's judgment. Our shop only provides a 'referral service for restaurants that accept outside fish' as an add-on to the fishing tour; we do not guarantee or promise the acceptance, preparation, or serving of the fish at the restaurants. Therefore, if we are unable to provide a referral to a partner restaurant on the day, or if the restaurant refuses to prepare the fish or limits the quantity, there will be no refunds, discounts, or compensation for the tour fee. Please ensure you have read and agreed to all the above content before making your booking.
