- Please note that travelers must be over the age of 10 to participate in the Horseback Tour
- Travelers under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult during the tour
- For safety reasons, travelers who are under 140 cm tall or weigh over 104 kg (230 pounds) cannot participate in this tour. Please provide your height and weight info when booking, failure to do so may result in admission decline without refunds
- Upon check-in, before departing on the tour all tour restrictions (age/height/weight) will be checked, if anyone does not meet the tour requirements, they will not be able to continue on the tour
- Guests with back problems and expecting mothers are not advised to participate in this tour
- All travelers must sign a waiver and agree to its terms and conditions. Travelers who fail to comply or are ineligible are not permitted to join the tour, and refunds won't be provided
- Please evaluate your health conditions before booking. If you proceed to book knowing that you are not eligible, the supplier reserves the right to decline service without refunds
- The travelers are required to attend a safety briefing course before the experience
- When booking, please ensure that the traveler’s full name is entered exactly as shown on the passport. Once the booking is confirmed, any name errors may require the order to be canceled and rebooked, and seat availability cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
