- Question 1: Please provide the age and gender of all participants.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The event may be canceled due to flooding, bad weather, etc. If there is a high possibility of cancellation due to weather, we will contact the group representative. We will make a decision on whether to hold or cancel the event by the evening of the day before at the latest, but it is possible that the event may be canceled at the last minute if the weather worsens more than predicted. In the event of cancellation, you can change your participation date or we will refund the full participation fee. *Please note that transportation and accommodation expenses other than the participation fee will be the responsibility of the participant.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - If you are deemed to be acting dangerously, such as by drinking alcohol or failing to follow staff instructions, we reserve the right to refuse your participation even if the event is already underway. Please note that in such cases, your participation fee will not be refunded. - Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.
Other special notes:
- There are no changing rooms, but there are tents for changing clothes (there are changing rooms at the meeting place, "Hinoeki").
Reminders
Ages of participation: 0 to 100 years old
Clothing and belongings: * Synthetic clothing such as rash guards or heat-tech (natural materials like cotton are not recommended as they take a long time to dry and draw heat away from you. Clothing that fits snugly to your body will reduce resistance in the water and allow for easy movement. For the bottom, wearing shorts over leggings will allow for easy movement.) * Raincoat (for warmth in case of rain) * Sunscreen * Hat * Shoes or sandals that can get wet (shoes with secure heels, heels are not allowed)
Regarding rental items: ▼Rental items (fee applies) Wetsuit: 500 yen *Please bring the above items even if you rent a wetsuit.
Minimum number of participants: 4 people
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 5 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
