Recommended for those who want to try paddling down the river on their own. Guided by river guides with over 10 years of experience, so even first-timers can participate with confidence.

Questions regarding reservations:

  • Question 1: Please provide the age and gender of all participants.
  • Question 2: If you wish to rent a wetsuit, please provide your gender, height, and the size of clothing you normally wear. (Additional 500 yen fee applies)

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • The event may be canceled due to flooding, bad weather, etc. If there is a high possibility of cancellation due to weather, we will contact the group representative. We will make a decision on whether to hold or cancel the event by the evening of the day before at the latest, but it is possible that the event may be canceled at the last minute if the weather worsens more than predicted. In the event of cancellation, you can change your participation date or we will refund the full participation fee. *Please note that transportation and accommodation expenses other than the participation fee will be the responsibility of the participant.

  • If you have any concerns regarding injuries, disabilities, or other issues, please let us know in advance.

  • Please be sure to read the precautions before participating in the tour. ① Regarding tardiness: If you are late for the meeting time, you will not be able to participate in the tour as it will inconvenience other customers. If you are late, your tour will be canceled on the day. ② The tour may be canceled due to dangerous flooding, bad weather, etc. If it is canceled, we will contact you. We will make a decision by the evening of the day before at the latest, but the weather may worsen more than forecasted and the tour may be canceled at the last minute. If the tour is canceled, you can change the date of participation or we will refund the full participation fee. However, transportation and accommodation expenses other than the participation fee will be the responsibility of the participant. Please understand this in advance.

  • Ages of participation: 12 to 70

  • Clothing and belongings: Towel, change of clothes, swimsuit, long-sleeved shirt, shorts, leggings, and sandals or athletic shoes that won't easily come off. *Even if you rent a wetsuit, please bring your own swimsuit and long-sleeved top.

  • Rental equipment: Wetsuit (500 yen per suit)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 5 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
