The correct name, travel document number, and validity period on the travel document must be provided. The names and document information of the participants on the receipt must be clearly verified. Our company shall not be liable for any additional costs or responsibilities arising from misidentification. All related costs and responsibilities shall be borne by the customer.
The tour fee does not include service fees (including local tour guides, tour bus drivers and travel agency staff). Each guest is required to pay a service fee of HK$80 per person per day (HK$160 per person for 2 days), which is the same regardless of age and will be collected at the end of the tour.
Our group bookings are based on a standard room rate of 2 adults, 2 adults + 1 child, or 2 adults + 2 children (children are charged for without an extra bed). If the group size exceeds these room rates, any extra guests or single guests will be charged a Single room surcharge.
For a group of 3 adults, if no Single room surcharge is charged, only one twin room (2 single beds) will be arranged by default. No extra bed service will be provided for 3 people staying together, and no further notice will be given. Please be aware of this.
Room type description: King Room (1 king bed) / Twin Room (2 single beds), subject to hotel arrangement on the day and cannot be guaranteed.
There will be no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the group. The group will be notified of the meeting time, location, and contact information of the local guide or relevant personnel via SMS or personal contact before 5 pm on the working day prior to departure.

To ensure the health and safety of all tour members, if you have any symptoms of illness (such as fever, cold, cough, etc.), you will be refused to join the tour and no refund will be given.
Some facilities and activities in the scenic area may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.
Currently, there are no more trash cans or recycling bins in country parks, coastal parks, and special areas. Please practice waste reduction at the source and "take your trash with you".
Guests are requested to bring their own sun and rain gear, sun protection equipment, light clothing, and water bottles and drinking water, and to be vigilant and pay attention to safety.
Please assess your personal physical condition and follow the instructions of the team leader on the day.
In the event of weather or other factors, the itinerary may be changed or cancelled, and the tour time may be reduced. The company reserves all rights to make such decisions.
If, on the day of departure, the Observatory hoists Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning, or forecasts that such signals will be hoisted within the next two hours, the tour will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please note that if a guest does not participate, all tour fees will not be refunded.

The Tourism Authority of Hong Kong (TIA) recommends that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
