- We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance.

- City Wonders is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged. Guests should ensure they keep track of their items throughout the entire duration of the tour. Please note that any additional shipping costs related to retrieved items will not be covered by City Wonders.
- Please note that infants free of charge do not have a reserved seat on the bus.
- You will not be able to join our tour if you have any luggage or suitcases with you as we do not have a storage space to accommodate items on our coaches. We are also unable to take responsibility for any baggage that would be left on the coach during your tour time

It is imperative to arrive promptly at the meeting point, at least 20 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.

Our City Wonders guides will be holding a City Wonders tour sign to be easily recognizable at the meeting point.
This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.
Photography is permitted throughout the tour.
Some sites visited lack shade and can be hot under direct sunlight.
City Wonders reserves the right to refuse participation on its tours to any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol or to any guest whose behavior is disorderly, or poses a threat to other guests or City Wonders staff.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
