On Naha's Kokusai Street, most shops typically close by 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM. However, many restaurants, izakayas (Japanese pubs), and some bars remain open much later, often until midnight or beyond. Nightclubs, including those accessible with the Naha Night Pass, usually open around 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM and continue operating until the early morning hours, often around 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM or even later on weekends.

For getting around Naha's Kokusai Street area late at night after visiting clubs, taxis are the most recommended and safest option once the Yui Rail (monorail) service ends. Visitors without an OKICA card will typically need to pay bus fares in cash, often requiring exact change.
