Purchase Notice
- This rate is available to foreign travelers only. Rates may differ from those offered to local residents.
- Tickets are not sold on-site. Please book in advance.
- Please present the QR code on your voucher when boarding and during any transfer.
- Seats are not assigned. Boarding is first-come, first-served.
- Some routes may require a transfer at Sports Complex Station. Please follow the on-site staff's instructions.
- If you miss the shuttle at Hongdae, Sinchon, Myeong-dong, or Dongdaemun, please use public transportation and arrive at Sports Complex Station at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time from Sports Complex Station.
- If there are no reservations for a route, the shuttle bus may not operate.
- For Incheon Airport routes, please check your terminal and designated pickup point carefully before departure.
[Cancellation Policy] - A full refund is available for cancellations made before 14:00 on the day before departure.
- Cancellations made after 14:00 on the day before departure are non-refundable.
- If one leg of a round-trip ticket is canceled, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting the applicable one-way fare.
- All booking and cancellation deadlines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).

The child fare applies to children under 13 years old.
Infants under 24 months may travel free of charge without a separate seat. If a seat is required, a child ticket must be purchased. A passport or passport copy may be required for age verification.
If there are no reservations for a route, the shuttle bus may not operate.
High1 Ski Resort has three designated stops: Mountain Condo, Grand Hotel, and Valley Condo. Please select the appropriate stop when booking.
Actual arrival times may differ from the estimated schedule due to traffic congestion, adverse weather, or other road conditions.
How to Use
1. Check your voucher for the designated boarding point, departure time, and drop-off point.
2. Arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
3. Present the QR code on your voucher when boarding.
4. If a transfer is required at Sports Complex Station, follow the staff’s instructions and present your voucher again.
5. Get off at the High1 Ski Resort stop selected when booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
