Children aged 4 and over are charged the same price as adults (a seat for viewing the fireworks will be provided). Children aged 3 and under can watch the fireworks from their parent's lap. For children aged 3, there is a 5,000 yen charge for the bus seat. Children under 2 years old can participate for free, but no services, including a bus seat, will be provided.
The tour guide will speak Japanese and manage the tour itinerary. Tourist brochures and other materials are primarily in Japanese, but necessary information will be provided in English/Chinese. In emergencies, translation apps will be used. Please note that a tour guide is not included.
The event will proceed rain or shine, however, in the event of severe weather, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the fireworks display. If the fireworks display is canceled before the day of departure, the tour will be canceled. If the fireworks display is canceled midway through due to severe weather, the tour fee will not be refunded. Please understand this before applying.
Please leave the seating arrangement to us. We cannot accommodate requests for specific locations. Depending on the seating arrangement, you may be seated separately from your companions. Thank you for your understanding.
Depending on road conditions on the day, your return time may be significantly delayed, and you may miss the last public transportation. Also, the meeting time is in Japan Standard Time, and punctuality is essential. Even if you do not appear at the meeting time, neither our company nor the tour guide will contact you, and we will depart as scheduled.
