To ensure your smooth travel, driver and vehicle information will be sent according to the following steps. Please check your inbox:
• Order Confirmation: Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours.
• Group creation notice: We will create a dedicated travel group before 22:00 (Japan time) the day before departure.
• Information sent: The driver's contact information, license plate number and specific instructions will be posted in the group no later than 2 hours before departure.
• How to check: Please be sure to check your email or messaging app (such as WeChat, Line or WhatsApp) before you travel.

- Fee details and explanation
• Night service surcharge: For rides between 22:00 and 06:00 Japan time, an additional driver service fee of ¥5,000 per hour will be charged.

- Service fee for areas outside the designated area
• If the destination is outside the agreed service coverage area, additional charges will be applied based on the actual mileage and time. Please be sure to consult and confirm before placing your order.

- Child car seat
• The first child seat can be provided free of charge (you must inform us and make an appointment in advance).
• Each additional seat costs 2,500 yen (each seat occupies approximately the space of 1.5 seats).

- Baggage and Passenger Regulations
• Luggage restrictions: Pets, skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, golf bags and other oversized items are not allowed in the vehicle.
• Passenger Count: All infants and children are included in the total number of passengers. Please take note.
• Overload Handling: If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's maximum capacity, the driver has the right to refuse service for safety reasons and will not be held liable. Fees already paid will not be refunded.

- Child Safety and Requirements • According to Japanese driving regulations, it is recommended that children aged 0-6 years use a child safety seat that matches their age/size when traveling in a car.
• Please make reservations in advance: If traveling with children, please specify the number of child seats required when making the reservation.
• Space Occupancy: Each child seat will occupy approximately 1.5 seats. Please take this into account when calculating the number of passengers.

- Order confirmation and vehicle information
Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours via email or messaging apps (such as WeChat, WhatsApp, or Line). If you do not receive a notification, please contact us promptly.
• Vehicle images, models, and colors shown on the website are for reference only. In case of vehicle dispatch issues, we will ensure you are served by a vehicle of equal or higher class.

- Other important considerations
• Vehicle cleaning: If the vehicle interior becomes dirty due to passenger error (such as spilled food or drinks, vomiting, etc.), an additional deep cleaning fee will apply. We recommend that you avoid eating or drinking in the vehicle.
• Seating and luggage balance: The actual number of available passenger seats in the vehicle will decrease as the size and quantity of luggage increase. Please take this into account when booking.
• Overtime Fee: Service time is calculated from the time the driver arrives at the agreed location. Overtime caused by any reason, such as traffic congestion or passenger lateness, will be subject to an overtime surcharge as per the standard rate.
• This is a one-day private charter car service; the driver will not accompany guests into the scenic area.

Overtime service fee

• 7-seater vehicle: ¥5,000 per hour

• 10-seater vehicle: ¥8,000 per hour

• 14-seater and above vehicles: ¥10,000 - ¥15,000 per hour

Child car seat

The first child seat is free; each additional seat costs 2,500 yen (each seat occupies approximately 1.5 seats).

Night service surcharge

For rides between 22:00 and 06:00 Japan time, an additional driver service fee of 5,000 yen per hour will apply.

Vehicle cleaning fee

If the interior of the vehicle becomes dirty due to passenger reasons (such as vomit, large amounts of mud, etc.) and requires special cleaning, a corresponding cleaning fee will be charged.

Out-of-area service fee

If the attractions on the itinerary exceed the pre-agreed coverage area, additional fees will be charged based on the actual mileage and time, with the specific amount depending on the actual itinerary on the day.
