Scenic area opening hours: 10:00-23:00 (56th-60th floors of World Trade Center)
Latest entry time: 22:00
Children under 1.2 meters (excluding 1.2 meters) are admitted to the scenic area free of charge (excluding rope descent and other activities). One adult can bring one child who is admitted free of charge.
No one may re-enter after leaving the venue.
Night ticket admission time: 19:30-23:00
Rope rappelling experience is suitable for: ① Children 1.2 meters and above, and adults under 55 years old; ② Individuals with hypertension, hyperglycemia, or hyperlipidemia, heart disease, epilepsy, severe acrophobia, pregnant women, or those who have had surgery within the past year are prohibited from participating; ③ The acceptable weight for this project is: [under 1.7 meters and under 90 kg, under 1.8 meters and under 100 kg]. Participants weighing over 100 kg are prohibited.
The rappelling experience should not be delayed without a valid reason. If someone is too afraid to participate, they will be assisted by instructors to leave the area. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The retouched photos will take approximately 2-3 days to arrive, and will be delivered to you via WeChat or email.
Rope rappelling photography requires arrival on the day of the event to obtain a number and queue. There is a waiting time. If you cancel your shoot after entering the park because you don't want to wait in line, no refund will be given.
Because the rooftop offers a wide view, be sure to protect yourself from the wind and keep warm.
When going out in the rain, please bring a folding umbrella. There are steps connecting the indoor and outdoor areas of the viewing platform, and the ground can be slippery, so please walk slowly to avoid falling.
