What You Can Expect

- Meeting and Reception. Meet at the Okinawansup shop. Complete the reception and payment process.
- Changing. Change in the changing room. Equipment rental including life jackets, boots, and wetsuits is free.
- Lecture. You can practice thoroughly in shallow water where your feet can touch the ground, so it is safe even for beginners!
- Interact with sea creatures! You will be so excited by the new sensations!
- Crystal Clear Sea. Looking into the transparent water is simply breathtaking!
- Shower and Changing. Rinse off the seawater in the shower room after the tour and change into fresh clothes!
- Photo Gift. Receive photos from your tour! Get them instantly via AirDrop or LINE!

Please note the following when participating in this course:

Please be able to confirm consent via email or phone. *The following people cannot participate in the tour: those who have consumed alcohol before the tour, are taking medication, have cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have exercise restrictions as diagnosed by a doctor.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
