Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The ferry and high-speed boat operation status will be updated on the Tokashiki Ferry official website at 8:00 AM on the day of your trip. (The page URL will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.) As this is outside of our business hours, we ask that you please check the website yourself. If the boat is canceled, the tour will be canceled. In that case, we will contact you shortly regarding refunds.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Please note that due to the high risk of decompression sickness, you will not be able to board the plane on the day of your tour. There will be no tour conductor. When boarding the high-speed ferry, please inform the ticket counter of the representative's name. Also, upon arrival at Tokashiki Island, please speak to a staff member holding a "Sea Friend" sign. Guests 16 years of age and older must pay an environmental contribution tax of 100 yen on site in addition to the fees listed below. Minors require parental consent. If the high-speed ferry is canceled due to bad weather, the tour will be canceled (decisions will be made around 8:00 AM on the day of the tour. Please check the operation status). Guests with circulatory or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver problems, hangovers, or alcohol consumption on the day of the tour will not be able to participate. Depending on your health condition on the day, you may not be able to participate.
