Questions about booking:
- Question 1: Please arrive at Gajumaruncha Itoman at least 20 minutes before the start of each event. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate. If you agree, please answer "I understand."
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour may be cancelled due to weather conditions (typhoons/rain of warning level). *If we decide to cancel the tour before it starts, we will refund your money.

What to wear and bring: ● Clothes that are comfortable to move in and don't mind getting dirty. It's a good idea to bring an extra change of clothes in case of rain. In winter, please bring warm clothing. ● Trainers or sneakers. We recommend wearing trainers in summer. If you don't have your own, we offer free rental rain boots. Please note that numbers and sizes are limited. (15cm-30cm) ● Smartphone or camera *Photography while driving or using a drone is prohibited. Your guide will assist you with photography during the tour. {Additional useful items} ● Sunscreen ● Towel ● Sunglasses ● Insect repellent ● Arm covers
Rental equipment: ● Aloha shirt, long pants *Not waterproof or cold-resistant. Your clothes may get dirty, so please bring innerwear and cold-weather clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. ● Rain boots (15cm-30cm) Please note that numbers are limited. In the summer, we recommend wearing your own sneakers. ● Rainwear (for rainy weather) Disposable rain ponchos. Please note that pants are not provided.
Duration and Notes: ① Practice riding with a guide. First, practice with your guide at the practice area. ☆ Once you feel confident, head into the jungle! ② Explore the park's jungle course. Explore the bumpy jungle in a buggy! You might even encounter rare creatures and plants! ? ③ Take a break at the "Tree of Happiness." Take photos with the large banyan tree, the "Tree of Happiness," to create wonderful memories. ♪ Sanpin tea is served in the midst of nature. ♪ ① + ② + ③ = 60 minutes Easy to fit into your schedule, even on the last day of your Okinawa trip! Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
